These terms apply to visitors who browse the website, play games, use Favorites, sign in with Google or participate in supported leaderboard features.

Use of the Website

GameWithFun is a browser-based gaming website provided for personal entertainment and general informational purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, access systems without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for using the website and its features in a lawful and appropriate manner.

Games and Game Content

GameWithFun provides browser-based games that can be played through the website. Game availability, game features, rules and content may change over time.

Some games or other content available through GameWithFun may be provided by third parties. Third-party content may be subject to separate terms, licenses or policies.

Google Login

GameWithFun may provide an optional Google Login feature for supported services such as the leaderboard.

If you choose to use Google Login, authentication and related account information may be processed through Google and Firebase services.

You must use your own authorized Google account and should not attempt to access another person's account.

Favorites

GameWithFun may provide a Favorites feature that allows visitors to save selected games for easier access.

Favorites are currently stored using browser local storage and are associated with the browser rather than the GameWithFun Firebase leaderboard account.

Clearing browser site data or local storage may remove saved Favorites.

Leaderboard

GameWithFun may provide an online leaderboard for participating players.

The leaderboard may use eligible game activity, including tracked activity time and games played, to determine displayed rankings.

Public leaderboard information may include a player's display name, profile picture, games played, tracked activity time, rank and activity status.

GameWithFun may modify, reset or remove leaderboard information when necessary to maintain the service, correct errors, prevent abuse or begin a new leaderboard period.

Game Activity Tracking

GameWithFun may track certain game activity for supported features, including leaderboard functionality.

Activity information may include games played, recently played games and eligible visible activity time.

The activity tracking system is designed to count GameWithFun activity while the relevant website page is visible. Time while the page is hidden is not intended to be counted as active GameWithFun time.

Leaderboard Periods

GameWithFun may organize leaderboard activity into recurring periods during each month.

The current system uses a first period covering days 1 through 15 and a second period covering day 16 through the final day of the month.

Leaderboard period calculations use the Asia/Riyadh time zone.

Fair Use and Leaderboard Rules

Players must not attempt to manipulate leaderboard activity, rankings or tracked time through automated, fraudulent or unauthorized methods.

GameWithFun may review, remove or restrict activity that appears to violate these Terms or interfere with the proper operation of the leaderboard.

Third-Party Services

GameWithFun may use third-party services including Google Sign-In, Firebase services and advertising services such as Google AdSense.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and applicable rules. Your use of those services may therefore also be subject to their respective policies.

Advertising

GameWithFun may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers, including Google AdSense.

Advertising availability, placement and providers may change as the website develops.

Website Availability

We may update, change, suspend or remove games, features or other parts of the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that GameWithFun will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

Maintenance, technical problems, updates or third-party service issues may temporarily affect website features.

Intellectual Property

GameWithFun's website design, branding, original text, logos and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use GameWithFun's original materials in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of their owners.
